Not sure if you remember me from school but I wanted to take a minute to say that I had great service today at your dealership. I have an 07 Prius and it broke down last night. It was towed to San Tan but I have Lancar so they had to tow it to your dealership. The warranty was for 80 k and of course I was at 80,166 :-) Turns out the part was covered until 90k (water coolant pump). Anyway, Brad Dougherty was extremely courteous and the whole process was painless. My warranty will be up soon so I expect more pain the next time :-)
Anyway, the dealership was immaculate and I will consider coming there for my next Prius. I value quality customer service from my employees and I'm sure you do to. Thanks!!
